The West Cheshire Autism Hub is helping host mindfulness sessions every Tuesday for four weeks, starting on 12 October.
These sessions will be held in the Williams Room at St Mary’s, Handbridge, running from 10.30am to 11.45am. The dates to pop in your diary are 12, 19 and 26 October and 4 November.
You can learn how the simple and enjoyable practices of meditation and mindfulness can really help in your day-to-day life. You’ll start to understand how mindfulness can help improve your experiences of living with autism and the challenges you face each day.
Garry, who will be running the sessions, is a meditation and mindfulness teacher and has found his practice really helps him cope with his neurodiversity in his busy, modern life.
While you don’t need a certain type of clothing or equipment, people are able to bring their own mat or cushion to help with the sessions.
If you have any difficulty booking online, please email: email@example.com.
